    The electrically heated solid heat storage equipment independently developed by Yantai Zhuoyue New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a new type of electric heat storage system. This system uses clean energy such as valley heat, wind power generation, photovoltaic solar power generation to heat solid energy storage materials and store energy. It stops heating during the peak period of power supply, and continuously releases the stored heat energy to the heating system or industrial demand heat source system. The equipment can continuously store heat and provide heat energy.


    Solid heat storage equipment is divided into two types of products: electric heat storage hot water unit and point heat storage hot air unit. The heat exchanger and circulating pipe inside the equipment are made of high-quality stainless steel components, and fully automatic control is achieved, which can reach the unattended control level.

At present, the company produces electric heating solid heat storage equipment with input power of 100KW-6000KW, which can also be specially made according to the needs of customers.

The voltage grade of the production electric heating solid heat storage equipment is 380V, 6KV, 10KV and 35KV, which meets the demand of large area heat source.


    1. Convert electric energy into heat energy in the solid heat storage body and store it in the solid heat storage body. The temperature can reach above 750 ℃ from normal temperature.


    2. The outer layer of the heat storage body is made of high-efficiency insulating materials to isolate the high temperature heat storage body from the external environment and achieve the effect of thermal insulation (normal temperature).


    3. When the load needs heat supply, the equipment can provide circulating high temperature air by automatic frequency conversion fan according to the preset temperature and heat supply setting according to the preset procedure. Through PLC control, the gas-water heat exchanger exchanges heat with the load circulating water, and the load water pump supplies hot water to the terminal equipment.


    4. The stability of output temperature is controlled by various ways, such as the temperature difference between inlet and outlet water, the constant temperature of outlet water, the measurement of total output heat, and the passive average value of load temperature. After the above data is processed by the central computer (DCS system), the command is transmitted to the automatic control unit, and the equipment is controlled automatically and accurately without polarization, with the accuracy controlled within the range of 1-2 ℃.


    5. The power-on heating time and heating temperature (greater than 750 ℃) can be arbitrarily set according to the load and the actual needs of the user. The equipment will operate completely unattended and automatically according to the set value.
