When the solid heat storage equipment is in the preset grid low time period or the period of wind and photovoltaic abandonment, the automatic control system will turn on the power switch, and the grid will supply power for the high-temperature resistant electric heater, which will convert the electric energy into heat energy and store it in the high-temperature resistant heat storage body. When the temperature of the heat storage body reaches the set upper limit of temperature or the grid low time period ends or the period of wind and photovoltaic abandonment ends, the automatic control system will cut off the power switch, Complete the heat storage process.
When the heat user has heating demand, the high temperature variable frequency fan starts to drive the high temperature hot air in the furnace to transfer the heat stored in the heat storage body to the heat exchanger. The heat release process is completed by heating the heating medium (hot water, hot air, heat transfer oil, steam) required by the heat user side through the high temperature heat exchanger.
Through the intelligent PLC control system, the heat storage equipment can achieve continuous and stable heat output, controllable output heat and controllable output medium temperature, and realize the on-demand supply and economic operation of the heating system. The whole heating system can realize the real sense of unattended.
The heat storage system of solid heat storage equipment is composed of electric heat storage hot water unit and electric heat storage heater unit. The equipment body is composed of heat storage tank, thermal insulation layer, heat exchanger, internal circulation system, demineralized water system and plate heat exchange system. At present, it can provide products with output power of 500kW-40000kW, and can also be customized according to user needs.
